CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Cancellation Policy

You are very important to me at Oliver Cross Golf. I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment please provide me with at least 24-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and I may be able to accommodate other clients that may want your session slot. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.  Here is my general breakdown of cancellation fees:

• A golfer not turning up for their session without any prior notification will have to pay the full session fee

• A golfer cancelling their session within 24 hours of the session time will have to pay the full lesson fee

• A golfer cancelling their lesson within 24-48 hours of the session time will have to pay 50% of the session fee

• Cancellation fees will be waived in exceptional circumstances, which will be at the discretion of OCG.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed lessons and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call and double check any lesson bookings if you’re unsure.

Late Policy

I will always try my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. However, if you are late it can affect the remainder of my bookings by delaying me for clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period. After that time, I will contact you to check you are on your way. If you are able to make it in time for your entire lesson to be completed, great! If not, you may have to reschedule part of your lesson. This will allow me to continue to my allocated time slots for the next client to ensure they are not kept waiting for their lesson. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; I’d rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day. In this case, you will still be charged 100% of the lesson scheduled.

Here is a general breakdown of my late fees:

  • If the client arrives late but within the allotted time, but has to forgo some of the lesson 100% of the booked lesson charge will apply.
  • If the client does not arrive in time for the lesson to be completed, you will be charged 100% of the booked lesson.

Again, please remember that your lessons are reserved for you and only you. These policies allow me the opportunity to ensure the smooth running of my business. I very much appreciate your business and adherence with our policies.
